All returns are subject to inspection. Damaged returns may result in store credit. Any return requests made after 14 days from the fulfillment date will not be refunded. Customers are responsible for a fixed $15 return shipping fee.

Return Eligibility
Items must be unused and in sellable condition, with all original components included (packaging, caps, boxes, inserts, etc.).
Returns will not be accepted for products with:
- Damaged, creased, crushed, or missing packaging
- Any noticeable amount of fragrance used
Shipping fees paid to deliver the order are nonrefundable.
Replacements & Store Credit
Requests for replacements or reorders are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, store credit may be issued in place of a refund.
Jusbox reserves the right to deny any return, refund, or reshipment request at its discretion.
International Returns
These policies apply to U.S. orders only. Jusbox US does not provide return labels or cover shipping costs for international returns, including duties or fees.
